DYNAMO WEEK – MONDAY 17TH to FRIDAY 21ST JUNE
Week beginning 17th June the whole school will be taking part in Dynamo Week, pupils will be creating their own class business, thinking about profit and loss, designing and making a product, evaluating and improving, advertising and selling their items in order to raise funds for school.
Friday 21st June Dynamo sale at 2pm on the yard.
Parent/Guardians are invited on Friday 21st June at 2.00pm to come to school and visit our Dynamo Stalls, purchase some exciting items which will be on display by each class business. We hope to see you there.
We have some wonderful entrepreneurs at Mount Pleasant with very exciting business proposals! During the event all entrances to school site will be closed except the main pedestrian gate.
If you intend to take your child early from school please inform the class teacher before you do so for safeguarding purposes. If you have booked an after school session with stay and play please let them know if your child won’t be attending.

Please be reminded that school will be closed due to Parliamentary Elections on July 4th due to polling.
EXTRAVAGANZA – THURSDAY 11TH JULY 4pm – 6pm
The Ultimate Eighties Extravaganza
On Thursday July 11th at 4.00pm, on the school field we will be holding ‘The Ultimate Eighties Extravaganza’. Please come along with a picnic, blanket, refreshments and join in the celebrations. Feel free to dress in eighties fashion, PTA have organised an ice cream van too!
Tickets are available from the school office from 10th June. We usually ask for £2.00 per ticket, this year we are just asking for a donation in an sealed envelope for your tickets. Any amount is sufficient! All money raised will go towards resources to support our curriculum development. Exciting times ahead!
